Are the products handmade?

All our products are handmade and are 100% vegand and cruelty-free. There are no additives, silicone or parabens added.

How long does it take before I receive my package?

Processing time is 1-2 days. Then your package will be delivered within 2-3 days. You can also track your package through the provided track and trace link. 

Can I request a special giftbox?

Giftboxes are possible and can be made upon request. When adding a product to your cart, select the "Birthday Gift Packaging" add-on and upgrade your packaging for €1.00. This includes the products you've selected and a special birthday card and wrapping paper. 

How does the shipment to Curaçao work?

Your order will be processed withtin 1-2 days and will be shipped and delivered in 10 days. The tracking link will be provided trough e-mail. 

Can I get AMIRA products internationally?

Yes! AMIRA Cosmetics ships orders internationally. 

What steps do I take if my order is missing an item?

You can kindly send us an e-mail with your invoice and order number explaining what the situation is, and upon approval we will send you the missing parts free of cost. 

When does my order qualify for free shipping?

Your order qualifies for free shipping when it's €50,- or above.
