Are your products handmade?

All our products are handmade and are 100% natural. There are no additives, silicone or parabens added to our products.

How long does it take before I receive my package?

Processing time is 1-2 days. Your package will be delivered within 2-3 days. You can also track your package via the provided track and trace link. 

Can I request a special giftbox?

Yes, giftboxes are possible and can be made upon request.

How does the shipment to Curaçao work?

We send out orders on the 3rd and 20th of each month. You can place your order via E-mail or Instagram and you will get all the shipping details via E-mail. The shipping costs are NAF10,-.

Our products will be shortly available at Harmonia (address: Prof. Kernkampweg 7). 

Can I get AMIRA products internationally?

Yes! AMIRA Cosmetics ships orders internationally. 

What steps do I take if my order is missing an item?

You can kindly E-mail us and we can solve the issue together. Send us the order number and details so we can work on it faster. 

When does my order qualify for free shipping?

Your order qualifies for free shipping when it's €55,- or above.
